REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your jewelry from Stack Me Some! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

  • Our pieces must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The return must happen within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Final sale, customized, or personalized orders cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@stackmesome.com with your order number, products you'd like to return, reason for return and pictures (if needed). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back.

RETURN COSTS
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our jewelry is hypoallergenic according to EU standards, but individual reactions may still occur. Stack Me Some is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please contact us if you have known allergies.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any allergies or sensitivities before making a purchase. Stack Me Some is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur from wearing our products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to allergic reactions.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
